Our loyal patients and newcomers have repeatedly been inquiring about our Tai Chi classes and Qi Gong Workshops over the last year, now more than ever. Due to the state of affairs, we closed up our event space a year ago and expanded the clinic for more treatment rooms.

2:30–3:10pm – Intro to Qi Gong
3:15-3:45pm – Intro to Tai Chi

3:45-4:00pm – Q & A Session

DESCRIPTION:
Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that includes meditative movements and breathwork. It is ranked the #2 form of exercise by Harvard Health and is known for its ability to reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue.
Qi Gong is the skill of cultivating life force energy to; clear blockages, promote circulation, restore balance and create unity of body, mind and spirit.

Dr. Fields has been in martial arts since the 1980’s and has over 17 years teaching experience. He’s trained professional and amateur fighters, first responders, trauma counselors and kids. During this time, he has also conducted seminars for Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, wellness retreats and performed-in/choreographed independent action films.
